*GROUND FLOOR*

Airy front porch with multi angle views of Lough Corrib welcomes you to the home.

Utility room containing a washing machine, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.

Kitchen with island seating. Modern electric cooking unit with oven, grill and top hobs, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine with milk frother and toaster.

Bedroom 1 with a king size bed and perfect surrounding views of Lough Corrib. Shower room and sink. Large wardrobes and vanity unit.

Bedroom 2 with double bed and once again, gorgeous views of Lough Corrib. Wardrobes and wash sink.

Main bathroom contains a shower/bath, toilet and sink. Towels and hand soap will be provided for all guests.

Living area with breathtaking views through the large airy windows. There is a 50inch television with over 100 channels available and also an Amazon Alexa. A marble open fire place is available to use also and fuel for this can be requested in advance.
A sliding exterior door leads guests to the outdoor patio with garden furniture and BBQ which again can be requested in advance. This is free of charge. A perfect place for those summer evenings.

Dining area with seating for up to 8 people.

Bedroom 4 which has a double bed, large wardrobes and a wash sink. There are once again views of the lake from this room.

A modern spiral staircase leads guests up to the final bedroom of the home.
Master bedroom with a super king luxurious bed makes this the ultimate relaxation space. 3 Velux windows with lake views ensure a wake up in this room and start your day in the best way possible. There is a television available with Chromecast. A walk in wardrobe and separate vanity area lead the path into the separate ensuite bathroom with large shower, toilet and hand basins for 2 people
