PARKING:
Free parking on the complex.

We offer a FREE parking permit pass for easy convenient parking at Rehoboth Beach. Park all day without the hassle of dealing with the meter currently at $4.00 an hour.

Handicap parking is available on the property.

The property offers a bike rack inside the secure gated parking lot.

TOILETRIES:
We provide: Bath towels, sheets, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, razors, hair dryer, feminine products, iron and ironing board.

HIGH SPEED WIFI:
In the living room, master bedroom, and secondary room, you'll find a TV with ROKU access, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies from the comfort of your own space.

WORK/ MAKEUP STATION:
We provide a computer desk with easy access power outlets. It can also be used as a makeup vanity desk. In addition, we provide a vanity mirror with lights, 2X 3X 10X magnification mirrors. The chair is very large and comfortable. It’s so large you can criss cross your legs for those long working hours.

BEACH FUN:
We offer complimentary beach amenities including Five beach chairs, two boogie/ body board, one beach umbrella, and a tote bag. 10 minute drive to Rehoboth, Lewes, or Dewey Beach.

FAMILY FUN:
There are numerous board games, blue ray DVD player with movies, books.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
The unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Additionally, detergent will be provided for your convenience.

Tucked away down the hall, is our master bedroom which can accommodates a party of two in the queen size bed.

Our stunning second bedroom is strategically placed at the condo's entrance, it can comfortably accommodate a party of six with a bunk bed and a queen size bed. The room is also equipped with a 64x21 full size body mirror.

SMART LOCK KEY PAD:
A unique code is given to each guest. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

No trailers, campers, recreational vehicle, boats or other large commercial are allowed to park on the property at any time.

All guest have access to the entire condo minus a small closet.
