You have resort style living with 4 pools, a hot tub, tennis, pickleball, racquetball, horseshoes, weight and exercise room, clubhouse with activities room and rooftop sundeck, 4 beach crossovers, gated and night security guard and wonderful neighbors and friends

When I moved from Orlando to the beach, I rented for 2 years and looked for my slice of paradise. The location, amenities, and atmosphere in VOS couldn't be found anywhere else in Cape Canaveral or Cocoa Beach. I love morning and evening beach walks, watching cruise ships sail and rocket launches from our beach. It doesn't get much better.

The atmosphere I created in my condo is "Pura Vida". It has a beach boho vibe and the renovation was done with relaxation in mind.
If you need more excitement, Disney World and Universal Studios are only 1 hour away. 45 minutes to the Orlando Airport and 5 minutes to the cruise terminals.
