Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the unit (includes vaping, incense, etc.) No parties or events. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund. Please also refrain from loud music, especially in the evening. A $100 charge will be added for lost keys

We had an overall great stay! One thing I want to note is that we were unaware that there was a unit above ours on the upstairs floor. We weren’t aware of that and if we knew, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay on the first floor because you can hear everything coming from upstairs including the stairs that woke us up a couple mornings. Maybe in the future make your guests aware along with emphasizing shared outdoor space! There was also a lot of coming and going from the upstairs unit with multiple deliveries a day which was a little frustrating.
