Enjoy this newly renovated studio with a private entrance, sharing a serene garden and pool with three other residences. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's just 10 minutes from LAX and close to top LA attractions.
The Space
This 400 sq ft studio features a queen bed, a full kitchen, and access to the shared pool and garden.
Guest Access
Easy access to public transit and major freeways, making it an ideal base for exploring LA.
Pool & Safety
The 40'x20' pool is gated, but guests are fully responsible for their safety. Children under 18 must be supervised. A "Waiver of Liability" form is required before check-in. Smoking and fragile items are prohibited in the pool area. Surveillance is in place to ensure safety.
