The kitchenette is fully equipped with all essential cookware and utensils, including a stove, microwave, and coffee machine, making meal preparation a breeze.

The bathroom is well-stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Guests also have access to a variety of building amenities, including a children's play area, a community barbecue area, shared gym and swimming pool, as well as serene views of lush green parks, perfect for unwinding or spending time outdoors.

Located in the vibrant community of Jumeirah Village Circle, Binghatti Azure offers a perfect balance between modern living and tranquil surroundings. The area is known for its abundance of green spaces, with more than thirty parks, tree-lined walkways, and pet-friendly zones. It provides a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere while remaining close to the city's major attractions.

For everyday convenience, residents can visit Circle Mall, just a few minutes away. The mall features a variety of shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and a cinema. Nearby grocery options include Choithrams, Nesto Hypermarket, and Ever Freshmart, all within a short drive.

Dining choices are plentiful, with restaurants such as Turk Cuisine, Little Neighbourhood Restaurant, Maxzi The Good Food Shop, Bawarchi Restaurant and PINZA offering something for every taste.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
