The Sanctuary is a peaceful enclave, offering guests the perfect blend of accessibility and privacy.

Your home away from home in Fayetteville with 5 bedrooms. This terrific house features 5 queen beds, a fitness room, AC, and heating. This cool property offers plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind.

You will love the Sanctuary setting and secludedness of this property along with all the update amenities.

The whole house is available minus a cleaning closet and a Linen Closet. Also the attached garage and upstairs bonus room are used for owner storage and unavailable to you during your stay.

Short term cleaning Fee is $150.00/stay. Longer term stayswill require $150.00/14 days for general area cleaning and hot tub servicing.

The house itself was nice. It definitely could use some TLC. Some of the doors stick, my niece got stuck in the bathroom because of tge door sticking. Cabinets in the kitchen look like they will fall off. And while we didn't expect expensive china and silverware, afull set would be nice and a set of water glasses would be nice. Getting a drink from a martini glass or a left over wedding wine glass is unusual. The pots and pans were greasy too.

We are sorry you experienced this and thought all was going well with your stay based on the dorect messages we had from you during the stay. We always like to ensure dIrect and rapid problem solving for guest during their stay and regret that we could not take care of this while you were there.
