これは美しい長屋コーナーユニット構造です。 新しいクイーンサイズのピロートップベッドと綿100％の寝具を備えた2つのフルベッドルームがあります。 エレガントな大理石の2階にある大きなバスルームには、シャワーと大理石の床暖房を備えた大きな散歩があります。リビングルーム-ダイニングルームには、ダイニングエリアに隣接したセクショナルシーティング開口部を備えた新しい54インチのスマート4Kテレビが備わっています。 1階にある超近代的な設備の整ったキッチンは、庭に面しています。 階下の2つのベッドルームには、クイーンベッド1台とダブルベッド2台があり、別のバスルームとウォークインシャワーがあります。 ランドリーユニットには、大型の新しい洗濯機と乾燥機が別々に収納されています。 家は新しい中央空気と暖房を備えています。

Beautiful, cozy home for families

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The home had beautiful finishes and Yvonne was an amazing host! The only thing I would ensure to do is research parking ahead. We had 3 cars for our stay and was a bit of a hassle throughout our entire stay, but it’s just typical downtown Toronto– the home was still a lovely place stay. *Also be aware if you have many guests, you might have to be ok with showering in cold water! But again, normal for older downtown Toronto homes who run on a tank. You’ll just have to take turns waiting for hot water to come back again :)

we appreciated the property during this time, with great outdoor patio and private parking..it is a definite rent again and Yvonne was very helpful and attentive.

Lovely home, clean, great location

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very well stocked with everything we needed - lots of towels, sheets, pillows, dishes, etc. We only had one issue - not enough hot water for 10 people to shower. Yvonne got back to us right away with any questions/concerns we had!

Home away from home

Great place to stay within easy walking distance of shops, bakeries, etc. in an old part of Toronto. It was a comfortable home away from home for our family who was in Toronto for a wedding. As the weekend progressed, there was a sewer smell in the basement that grew stronger as showers were taken, etc. - the only drawback.

Great time in Toronto

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. It is ideally located near the Distillery District which is a close walk. We had nine individuals in the property and never felt crowded. We particularly enjoyed the covered back porch. Would highly recommend this property and when we return to Toronto we will stay here again. PS. Walking distance to the best Thai restaurant I have ever eaten at, Mengrai. Trust me on this. Head Chef won Iron Chef Canada.

We loved our stay in this beautiful, welcoming and well-appointed home.

Yvonne’s home met all our needs. It was large enough to allow four business colleagues to have personal space, but cozy enough for us to share time together. Thoughtfully decorated and outfitted.

Great for a large group

The rental was beautiful and in a convenient location. It was perfectly suited for a group of five couples. The home was very clean when we arrived. Yvonne was wonderful and seemed to really want us to be comfortable and happy in her home.

Perfect for what we needed

We rented this home for a number of family members in town for our sons' wedding. It had everything we needed and everyone remarked how comfortable it was.The outdoor patio space was a wonderful gathering place for everyone to sit and chat. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and drawers with extras in case you forgot anything. If you stick to the parking rules, you will not have any parking woes. Highly recommend this rental

Lovely property

There were 3 couples that we rode our motorcycles from Indiana and stayed at Yvonne's beautiful 4 bedroom two bath home. The location was great within walking distance of downtown in 25 minutes and also very close to the Distillery District which was a great place to eat and have some cocktails. The property it self was very clean and Yvonne met us at the house to go over everything and make sure we didn't need anything. I would recommend this property for the location and how well it is taken care of.

Everything you need and more!!

We had 8 people stay ages 4-71 and everything worked out great!! Dinning suggestions for take out would be Greek restaurant down the street even delivers. Lovely really clean home. Beds are very comfortable and it is evident that they want to make anyone who stays comfortable. We highly recommend this location!!! Thanks, Carrie
