Wonderful detached villa:private solar heated pool, Game room, Basket-ball,

Villa Enjoy is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the centre. Built on a plot of 1.200 m2. The 220 m2 villa ( 320 m2 including the annexes ) has a huge spacious living area with comfortable sofas and plenty entertainment including a flat screen TV with International channels, DVD player, loud speakers for Ipod/mp3, etc. The spacious dining room offers seating for 12 people. The modern fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for self catering and has all the usual facilities including microwave, electric kettle, toaster and dishwasher. In the utility area there is a washing machine and iron. The highlight of the villa is the extensive garden which encompasses a 10m x 5m solar heated pool with Roman steps for easy access and hydro-massage for your comfort and a rich variety garden of autochthonous vegetation, a generous BBQ area, an outside dining area with seating for 16, a playground recreational area, boccia court, a sun terrace and a romantic pavillion.
The acommodation comprises four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house and 3 annexes. The master bedroom has a large double bed and en suite bathroom with a hydro-massage bath. There is also another double bedroom which shares the family bathroom with the two twin rooms. The annexes are 3 bedrooms with its bathrooms en-suite; Annex 1: 1 twin bedroom with sofa bed for children; Annex 2: 1 double bedroom and Annex 3: 1 bedroom with 3 single beds ( 1 ANNEX is AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES OVER 10 PEOPLE, 2 ANNEXES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES OVER 12 PEOPLE AND 3 ANNEXES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES OVER 14 PEOPLE ) IF YOU WISH TO MAKE USE OF ALL THE ANNEXES EVEN IF YOUR PARTY IS NOT AS BIG, PLEASE INQUIRE FOR THE SUPPLEMEN


Playa Blanca: Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

We have just returned home from a lovely holiday as a group of friends with children. This property is perfect for groups, multi generational, children, families.If anything the photos undersell it and don’t do the space and size of the place justice. It was so spacious and clean.We had no issues accessing the villa and host was great and quick at communicating with us. Providing extra baby needs cot and high chair. The pool area and sport court was a big hit with the children and games room was a lovely addition. The outside sofa and large outside dining area were perfect and it’s rare to experience a villa that actually caters seating and dining set up for a large group and everyone could sit together comfortably. We were 13 people and there was room for a few more.The villa has nearby supermarkets and Playa Blanca town walkable if you don’t have a car. The only downside is no aircon but ceiling fans in bedrooms and additional fans downstairs kept us cool enough even in August 35c heat. We had a great time here and would recommend highly! Would love to return again in the future.

Ideal family villa

Decent size pool, lots of outdoor sitting areas, and plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked supermarkets in Playa Blanca with plenty of free car parks. Villa is a 25 min walk to the beach so car hire is recommended. All 3 families had a lovely holiday and are hoping to return again

Great place to stay👍

An excellent property for large families of all ages, so much to do if you want to, so many places to relax if you don’t want to do anything. Fully equipped with everything you can think of from an extra large fridge, games , bedding etc and the host is very friendly and always at the end of the phone if you need her. Can’t rate the property highly enough.

Great holiday

Had a great family holiday, the villa was clean and lived up to the description on the site had great amenities, plenty of room and things for the kids to do. 5 minutes from the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to any large family can't think of any negatives.

Amazing stay

Amazing villa, great location and great host. The host was always on hand to answer any questions, before and during our stay. The villa was perfect and had so much to offer for our family. Great location with a nice walk down to the restaurants. We did get taxis home but they were between 4 and 5 euros depending on timings. Perfect holiday. We cannot wait to visit next year.

Stunning villa, absolutely perfect!

We had a fabulous stay at the property and would highly recommend it. We stayed as a mixed age group of 12 people and the villa catered to everyone’s needs. The villa itself was clean, perfect location and had plenty to do to entertain the guests e.g. swimming pool, basketball, games room etc. The host was always on hand when needed, communication was excellent. Thanks again for our stay!

This property had everything our multi-generational family needed. Excellent!

We met Teresa when we arrived and she showed us round. There was a very useful welcome pack. This villa had everything we wanted. There were lovely outside areas for eating and resting and a great barbecue. The pool was magnificent..We liked the separate "granny flat" .

A Fantastic Villa for a large family group for all ages. We were welcomed by the host for a guided tour of the property. Excellent facilities with plenty to do for all ages. With a small shop with everything you will need to get you by in your stay. The larger supermarkets a 5 minute taxi ride. Excellent stay and would highly recommend!

Villa Enjoy was ENJOYABLE!

This villa is amazing, it lived up to expectations and more. The owner Teresa is a lovely lady very helpful and communication was brilliant pre, during and post trip. The location is spot on, not on top of all the hassle and bussle of the main town but only a short taxi ride or slightly longer walk away. The villas facilities and amenities were perfect for a larger family. The pool was big and perfect temperture in the Lanzarote heat. Couldn’t have asked for more during our time here and we will definately booking again!

Just brilliant!!

Without a doubt I would recomend this villa to anyone considering a stay. We were two families with kids ranging from 7 to 16 and there was plenty to to keep them and us entertained. Teresa (the host) was excellent from start to finish and answered any questions we had and made sure we felt welcomed. Pretty sure we will be back.

Big villa for vig groups

Very good place to stay if you are travelling in bigger groups. You will find anything you need. A place to cook, to eat, a place for BBQ, you can sit outside and inside together. A big swimmingpool with different heights and some play objects. Darts, Pool Bilard, Boccia, a lot to have fun. I recommend this villa to everyone. Thanks Teresa for the good stay.

Family holiday

The villa was just as described, a beautiful welcome gift of wine cereals etc was waiting for us. The villa was spotless, and the host stayed in touch to answer any questions. We had an amazing holiday with plenty to do for the whole family, we all looked forward to the day ahead, the pool was fabulous. One thing to improve leave more toilet rolls for the guests, and some information about the surrounding area, buses, taxis, and shops but besides that we would recommend this villa for the best holiday ever thank you Teresa

Regarding the aspects to improve I would like to point out that we leave some basic to start and not for your entire holiday. Regarding information about supermarkets, taxis, etc. This information is detailed in the information sheet that was included with the welcome packet. I figure you didn't read it at all. It contained also information where to trash garbage daily. I was shocked not only to see the deplorable state of cleanliness in which you left the house but also to see that for a week you were living with the garbage generated by 15 people... we took out more than 5 giant sacs. I've never seen so much garbage together! Fortunately, most families are respectful of the house and the rules. Thank you very much again for your feedback.

Fantastic villa with so much entertainment

The villa was perfect for my friends and I staying with 8 children aged 0-11. We had so much space and tons to keep us entertained. Everything was in good condition and the place was clean and airey. The pool was colder than I expected given that the description states it is heated. Apart from that everything was brilliant.

We are very satisfied that you found the villa fantastic and with entertainment enough to keep you entertained. Regarding temperature of the pool I would like to inform you that the pool is solar heated, In summer months with threats of heat waves, solar heating is reduced to a minimum and even completely removed since only the sun achieves the optimal temperature of the pool, that is 26º-28º C ( 78º-82º F ) The optimal water temperature is thus about 10°C colder than the average body temperature Even the pool cover is not used so that at night the water loses a few degrees and prevents overheating. These water temperatures are low enough to prevent bacteria from nesting and the temperature is high enough to not be considered too cold. When pool water gets too hot, algae and bacteria find a comfortable environment to grow in the pool. This affects the chemistry of the pool. When you try to fight it, the chlorine runs out. Therefore, the pH will be completely unbalanced. That happens when the temperature exceeds 29ºC. The next step would be a green pool and its use prohibited. As you can see, it is a Health and Safety issue that we take very seriously and especially when it is being used by 8 children who could get ear infections, eyes, etc. as overheated pools are unhealthy. Everything was great apart from our understanding when booked the villa that it would be the all place. After paid and being nearly the holidays that the teresa asked if we wanted anex 1 and anex 2. Thank goodness that we chosen both, as some rooms wasn’t included. In the anex two, two couples stayed there with both rooms with ensuit bathrooms. Now on the anex 1 which is the main area there was one ensuit bathroom, but for the remaining rooms one bathroom to share with 5 people. Which wasn’t great. I would like to add that extra bedding should have been provided as we could change the beds within that week as a washing machine was provided. Apart from all this slightly issues everything was good.

Dear Stewart, Thank you very much for your top rating and review. I am very sorry for your misunderstanding. The description clearly states that for groups of 12 people, only 2 annexes are included (6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) and for a group of 14 people, all 3 annexes (7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms). In your case, you were 12 people so you could have access to all annexes only by paying an additional fee. Your arrival was on July 19th, and we contacted you on May 8th to request your flights and inform us which 2 annexes we should prepare for you. We left you one set of bedding in Annex 1 to dress the sofa bed and another in the double bedroom of the main house to dress the sofa bed. That is because sometime some of the bedrooms are for single use. For stays of just 1 week we do not provide bedlinen change for the beds. Nice villa

We stayed in the villa for 7 days (from 20 till 27 may 2023) with 11 adults and 1 baby. We had a wonderful vacation. The house is clean with nice furnitures, enough room for everybody. The pool was cleaned every other day. Lovely garden with a big barbecue and sunbeds. More than enoughs towels for the beds outside as well as inside the villa. The kitchen has eveything what you need for your stay. Nothing in the house as well as outside was broken. Playa Blanca gad nice restaurants, shops and harbour. Theresa the owner is a lovely and friendly lady and very helpfull. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommand this house to everyone. If you book your vacation in the villa we hope that you have a wonderfull stay as that we have. Thank you Theresa.

Multi generational stay

Teresa's property was perfect for our needs as a family group of 14 - 9 adults and 5 children up to the age of 7 years. 7 good sized bedrooms. A very sociable living space with plenty of room for our group. It was lovely for us all to sit and eat together in the dining area. The pool was simply perfect and enjoyed by everyone. With 8 sunloungers, various chairs and of course the hammocks there were sufficient areas for everyone to relax and enjoy the sun/shade. Teresa's communication and help both before arrival and during our visit was excellent. The starter pack of milk, bread etc was most welcome. Small supermarket within 10 mins walking distance. The 20 minute downhill walk into Playa Blanca was delightful, for the return some took advantage of a taxi ride others walked. Likely to book a return visit and have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful villa.

1 week of Birthday Celebrations

First time I have ever booked through the Home/Away app and was really nervous as I was was booking the villa for my mums 50th birthday, my sons and husbands birthday are all on the same week. So wanted everything to be perfect, from booking the villa and when messaging Teresa she always answered me back straight away which gave me peace of mind. When we walked in to the villa we were blown away with how big it was, it lived up to the expectations of the pictures and even nicer. Pool area and gardens were lovely. We were never out the pool and the kids loved it. Loads of towels to use and washing machine there aswell.Was great not fight over a sun lounger on holiday. The men played bowls the whole holiday and basketball.Couldn’t see one bit of outside which was great, peace and quiet. A 15 minute walk down to beach and shops, restaurants was very hot so we would just jump in a taxi back cost 3 euro.Great villa, and can’t wait to book again.

Winter sunshine holiday 21/1/20 - 28/1/20

As a family party of 6 adults having just returned from a weeks holiday to this fabulous property, we found the property to be excellent in many ways. Pros.... excellent 4 bedroom main property and an annex for larger families. Everything you could ever need for a villa holiday, very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. All cooking facilities and dishes pots and pans and cutlery you can ever need, 2 bathrooms, 1 with a jacuzzi bath and overhead showers. Safe off road parking under cover and behind gates. Lovely big heated pool with water feature. Lots of sun beds and sitting areas outside in the garden area of the villa. There is an outside barbecue area which we also used whilst there. The location is in a quiet local neighbourhood. Cons.... There is no air condition in this property which wasn’t really required at this time of the year but I can imagine it would be a problem in the summer months. The property is a 20 minute walk to the bars shops and beach which didn’t affect us as we had a hire vehicle. The swimming pool is solar heated and doesn’t really get warm enough to swim in comfortably. All in all we had a wonderful family holiday in this villa and we will definitely come back again for our winter sunshine holiday.
