Customer goes to our reservations office to collect your apartment keys and will be advised on the location of the apartments and how to get there with clear directions.
Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-In Time: 16:00 (Early check-in may be possible with an added fee or by booking the night prior to arrival)
• Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM (Late check-out available subject to availability and may include a fee)
• Luggage Storage: Complimentary luggage storage is available for up to 12 hours before check-in or after check-out. Additional storage beyond 12 hours will incur a €10 daily charge.
Identification Required
Upon check-in, guests must present valid, government-issued photo identification matching the booking name. Accepted forms: Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License.
House Rules
• Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness. Damages or issues should be reported promptly. Charges may apply for excessive mess or damage.
• Smoking: The apartment is a strictly non-smoking environment. Violations incur a €200 fine.
• No Parties: Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted. Breaches will result in a €200 fine and possible eviction without refund.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed unless written permission is granted. If approved, a €500 refundable deposit and a €200 cleaning fee apply.
