I booked this with at least a month in advance and I double checked a week before to make sure everything was okay with the booking, I was told yes. Only to walk in day of booking that it was double booked. The host sent me to another property of theirs, which I went to because I didn’t have another choice, but the point was that I booked this property and it wasn’t even guaranteed because they put the listing on multiple websites. This was the second time this happened to me by this host. Yes, they had a backup but I don’t think it was fair. If you’re gonna put it up on multiple websites, at least know how to manage them.

I booked this a month in advance, checked in with the host a week before to make sure everything was okay with the booking, only to get there day of and find out myself that it was double booked. Turns out the host puts the listing in different sites and doesn’t manage them well enough for this not to happen. This happened last time with this same listing and booking and I was forgiving about it, but for it to happen to me again shows their poor management skills. I spoke with the hosts daughter, she even said that she had realized it and was supposed to call me the day before. They sent me to another one of their properties, which I went to because I had no other choice, but the point was that I booked this one. Me and my friends have booked this place many times, and the last two times and this times were not enjoyable experiences.

The house layout its nice. The only thing was the washer and dryer that did not work. No big deal for me but I had to metion it.

The property is located near many stores. Very quite with plenty of parking. Property did need to be cleaned. It was extremely dusty and small cockroaches were present in bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen sink does not drain properly as well. Communication with host could’ve also been better. Had to message them for arrival instructions since none were given. Overall this place has potential if those things are addressed.
