When you enter you will be greeted by a beautiful open floor plan showcasing the living room, dining room, office and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a 75" 4k TV with Dolby Atmos surround sound. Beautiful tropical decor and fully opening zero corner slider glass doors transform the living room space into an open-air indoor/outdoor oasis. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishware, cookware, and some stock supplies, and features an reverse osmosis drinking water. system. The main living area separates the king bed en suite from the two guest bedrooms and guest bathroom (with vanity mirror). The guest bedrooms and bathroom hallway features a door next to the dining room, which when closed off creates a private ensuite for the guest bedrooms.

Featured in the king suite are sliding glass doors leading out to the relaxing covered lanai, creating another indoor/outdoor space you can fully enjoy. The master bathroom features his and hers sinks on either side of the bathroom, both with heated and lit vanity mirrors. There is a walk-in closet as well as large storage closet with ample shelving in the bathroom.

The first guest bedroom features a queen bed with direct access to the pool deck. The second guest bedroom also features a queen bed. Both rooms feature large closets and a small dresser.

In the covered lanai area you can expect to unwind, relax and get your vacation on with friends and family to the relaxing ambiance of the nearby ocean and wildlife. There is plenty of seating throughout the entire home and the lanai is no exception. Dining seating for six, as well as an outdoor couch and two additional seats are under the covered patio area accompanied by a fire table.
