On the ground floor of our family house, there is a private apartment with its own separate entrance.
It is suitable for up to three guests, making it a great choice for couples, small families, or solo travelers.

The apartment is modern and fully equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay: wireless internet, air conditioning, TV, and a complete kitchen with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, electric kettle, and more.
All electricity consumption (heat pump, kitchen appliances, etc.) is covered by our own solar power plant installed on the roof.

For guests with electric vehicles, we provide hassle-free charging at our private charging station – free of charge.

Free private parking for one vehicle is available.
Additionally, guests receive an Urbana city bus card with €5 preloaded per person for easy travel around Ljubljana.
