This cozy home can offer you a home away from home for a short weekend or extended stay with centrally-located access to all the events, parks, trails, and businesses that make the Cedar Valley special.
The living spaces are all on the main level with two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The main living area has an open floor plan connecting the kitchen and living room with lots of natural light. There is a fenced in yard. You can also enjoy your time on the quiet street on the front porch.

Please place all used towels in the bathtub. Clear the fridge of any leftovers, it is okay to leave condiments. Place kitchen trash in the green trash bin in the driveway.
Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and set the thermostat AC to 72 degrees or heat to 68 degrees.
Make sure all exterior doors are locked and place the house keys back on the hook by the front door.

We grew up in the Cedar Valley, attended UNI, are still residents, and love the Historic Downtown Cedar Falls area. This home is in the heart of all the action happening in Cedar Falls while also being tucked away on a quiet street.
