This two-story brick home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay:
• Upstairs: Two comfortable queen bedrooms and a full bathroom.

• Private backyard oasis with pond, fire pit, pizza oven, and natural gas grill.

Guest Access
• Reserved parking in the rear alley (beside the silver truck, in front of the garage).
• Guests must enter and exit through the back gate and door.
• Street parking may be available but not guaranteed.

Guests may request use of the swim spa for a $50 preparation and maintenance fee per stay.

House Rules
• Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No pets (due to allergies)
• No parties or events
• Visitors welcome, but no unlisted overnight guests
• Please do not move furniture or décor between rooms. Everything must remain where you found it at checkout.
• Exterior cameras monitor entrances and porch (video only, no sound). No cameras inside or near the spa.
