This two-story brick home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay:
• Upstairs: Two comfortable queen bedrooms and a full bathroom.
• Downstairs: A welcoming living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.
• Private backyard oasis with pond, fire pit, pizza oven, and natural gas grill.
Perfect for romantic getaways, family visits, or weekend escapes.

• Reserved parking in the rear alley (beside the silver truck, in front of the garage).
• Guests must enter and exit through the back gate and door.
• Street parking may be available but not guaranteed.

Guests may request use of the swim spa for a $35 preparation and maintenance fee per stay.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No pets (due to allergies)

• Exterior cameras monitor entrances and porch (video only, no sound). No cameras inside or near the spa.
