Inside the home you’ll find two comfortable queen bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs, while the main level offers a cozy living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen designed for gathering and relaxing.

Guests enjoy modern conveniences including fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, purified drinking water, softened shower water, and an espresso machine, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.

One of the standout features of this property is the private backyard oasis. Step outside to enjoy the peaceful outdoor setting complete with a chemical-free swim spa (available with advance notice), custom fire pit, outdoor pizza oven, gas grills, and a deck overlooking the pond. RENTAL AGREEMENT / SECURITY DEPOSIT

After booking, guests will receive a short rental agreement to review and sign electronically.

A refundable security deposit hold is also required prior to arrival, similar to the temporary authorization many hotels place on a credit card during a stay. No charges are made unless damage, missing items, or violations of house rules occur.

The hold is automatically released after checkout once the property has been inspected

The stay was nice and as advertised. It was a little noisy at night with the split house and close neighbors, but it was a nice place.

Great to have a centrally located house to use while in town for six nights. The manager was responsive. Very nice kitchen appliances, comfortable sofa. Sweet old house, felt lived in. Lots of decor, hence the forced insurance which I’ve never encountered before. Owners seem to be far right based on signs and decor.
