Enjoy this newly remodeled unique property where artsy eclectic meets rustic ranch. Nestled on top of a private 3 acre mountain top with no neighbors in site. Enjoy peace and tranquility and a one of a kind stay where you can make memories of a lifetime.

Surrounded by beautiful nature scenery from the drive in to the surrounding property. Whether you are here to visit the National parks, stargaze or relax in our spacious ranch home, you won’t be disappointed. Each room is spacious and uniquely designed with comfortable memory foam beds and black out curtains for sleeping in and large closets for your things.

TAKE A DIP IN THE POOL:
Enjoy our pool to cool down after a day of hiking and adventure. We purposely placed the pool facing the sunset. As we think the best way to end your adventurous day in the mountains is grabbing your favorite drink and cool down while relaxing with an incredible sunset view. The freeform pool is 6 feet at the deepest end, great for children to play and adults to relax. Bring your own floats to enjoy.

LOUNGE IN THE LIVING ROOM:
Large spacious living room that seats the whole party and more. Warm cozy feeling under the large green ceilings with a view to the acres of meadow and trees. Elegant electric fireplace built into imported Italian Plaster walls with options to view different colors of fire or produce heat and fire. Secondary formal living room attached for lounging and playing chess.

DINING ROOM BRINGS YOU TOGETHER:
Large custom dining table seats 12 so your whole group can enjoy delicious meals together. Once finished eating, enjoy playing board games or cards together.

KITCHEN THE HEART OF THE HOME:
Designed with beautiful Italian imported terracotta plaster walls for an organic clay vibe. Fun colors that liven up the heart of the home. Fully stocked with everything you need to make large family meals and enjoy home cooking. Coffee and Tea bar stocked so you can enjoy your beverage of choice. Coffee Bar includes: coffee, French vanilla creamer, sugar, filters, assorted tea to go cups.

2 Bath/Shower combo, 1 regular shower and 1 ADA accessible shower. Enough bathrooms for each bedroom to have their own. Each bathroom is stocked with two towels per person, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, four rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Game Room located in the garage you will find board games, seating area, foosball, Skeeball, dart board and corn hole as well as a 65inch Smart TV.

PRIVATE 3 ACRES:
We have outdoor patio seating benches and chairs with a propane fire pit. No open flames are allowed in the area due to fire risk. Fit your whole party on our two very large patio tables for outdoor eating overlooking the sunset view and the mossy boulders. Sit and relax in our tree swing hammocks while enjoying the natural surroundings. Enjoy 3 acres of hills, meadows and boulders. Feel free to hike and explore our land while enjoying the natural scenery. Don’t forget to look up at the stars at night, nestled up top the hill with no lights provides the ideal star gazing opportunity. Remember, there’s wildlife, so always be on the look out.
