Great stay

Enjoyed our visit - if you have a large vehicle do not recommend using covered parking area - renting beach chairs was expensive - unit could use some back of door hooks in bathrooms - owner never responded to my one question but onsite management company was helpful.

Long weekend getaway

First time staying at Sea Chase. Very mature and established property. Had a residential feel. The unit was very clean and appropriately decorated. The kitchen had nice countertops and appliances. And great furniture on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit Not Clean

Property is old and needs some updates. It was not clean in the lobby, hallway and our unit. Our Sofa and chairs were so dirty that we didn't even enjoy sitting inside. Why would anyone have white cloth sofa and chairs with so many people renting the unit? Kitchen was not cleaned properly either. There was no hand soap, dish soap, or dish scrub in the kitchen. Laundry had strange smell. Wine cooler was making loud noise all night. There is no ice machine in the entire building and refrigerator wasn't making ice. Property is located right across from Walmart and restaurants which was the best part. Hope this helps next tenant.
