The location and space were perfect—great views, easy to get around the area, and we felt safe. We also enjoyed the pool area.However, when we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned and still had food and dirty linens from the previous guests. After traveling for more than 24 hours, we had to wait an additional three hours before the space was ready.The access code provided in the directions was incorrect for the lockbox, so we had to call to receive the correct one. Additionally, the key fob that was supposed to be included was never provided. As a result, we had to rely on security to let us in throughout our stay, and on the day of departure, we were stuck in the garage because the elevator required a key fob. Despite asking about the missing key fob twice, we did not receive a response.
