Plus 3 onsite restaurants. Property is a 5 min walk from Kaseya center perfect for attending concerts or Miami Heat games. Brightline Train is located 2 blocks away which takes you to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm & Orlando. Miami Beach is 15 minutes drive away. Walking distance to Pérez Art Museum, and Bayside Marketplace

This unit is privately managed by Benichay Brothers and is not part of the hotel's program. Upon arrival, you will need to register at the front desk and pay a $35 resort fee. (not included in the price)
Spa services are not included and must be paid for separately on-site.
Guest can purchase daily Spa Passes for $50
Ages 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult. Under 16 may not use the spa.

Hotel offers paid valet parking services see within for pricing.
Guests must register at the front desk before check-in and sign the rules & regulations form of the condominium. There is a $35 a day resort fee paid to the building at check in. This a mandatory additional charge. Guest will be greeted by one of our check in staff. Our staff will reach you in the day of your arrival to coordinate your check in.

STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY . Any smoking in the apartment you will be charged a $500 penalty.
Damages or stains to sheets / linens will incur additional charge not covered by cleaning fee.
Our management staff is allowed to access your unit at any time in the event of an emergency ( i.e. flood , fire ). We will of course reach out to our guests prior to accessing the unit and also knock before we enter. If we do not receive a response we will be obligated to enter in order to control the emergency.
In the event of a smaller issue ( i.e. water leak, mechanical malfunction ) which will damage the unit if not addressed we will reach out to our guests. If we do not receive a response within 1 hour we will enter to assess the situation. As always we will knock before entering.
If there is any malfunction / issues within the apartment during your stay please do not attempt to repair yourself. Do not tamper with the circuit breaker box or any other equipment. Please us and we will send our qualified team to repair.
