Cozy and comfortable! The property was perfect for a weekend getaway and super close to everything Seneca Lake has to offer. Check in was a breeze, communication with the host was also easy.

Cons:Right next to busy road, lots of traffic noise. Exterior back of the VRBO is in bad shape, and lots of trash around. Biggest safety issue: propane for the kitchen stove was a grill-sized propane tank sitting on junk with a line leading into a hole in the wall. There are raccoons living above the bathroom. The VRBO is part of a larger building with the laundry room being a shared space. Minor issues inside; missing outlet cover, exposed pipes, paint splatters on the floor, damage to counters and cupboards. No dresser, just 3 hangers in a closet. No curtains/blinds on bathroom window. No smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector.Pros:Adequately comfortable and mostly clean. Stocked with the basics for a short stay. The host communicated well and there were no issues with check in. Very good location, close to attractions and restaurants. The mini split works well for heating/cooling, though detailed instructions would have been helpful. Water pressure and temp are good.Overall not horrible, but wouldn't rebook.

Our team has thoroughly cleaned the exterior, resolved the appliance setup, cleared the ceiling space, addressed all minor cosmetic details inside, and installed brand-new safety equipment throughout the studio. The property needs some additional TLC. The area is gorgeous, Finger Lakes Wine Country, however, the property itself lacked general cleanliness, unfinished framework and exposed water lines/ insulation, and a wall-mounted heater incapable of rising temperatures at a reasonable pace.
