Located just 1/2 mile from Killington Resort and steps from the Killington Golf Course, Peaks Playground is the perfect home base for every season. Whether you're here to hit the slopes, tee off, or unwind in the mountain air, this cozy 1-bedroom condo has everything you need.

The bedroom features a plush king bed, while the open living area includes a comfortable queen Murphy bed—ideal for families or small groups. The space is warm and inviting, with a gas fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with all the essentials to cook and dine in.

Step outside to your private patio, or explore the property’s shared amenities: a seasonal outdoor pool, tennis court, small playground, and a communal charcoal grill area—perfect for summer cookouts.

In winter, take the convenient weekend shuttle to Killington Resort, and ski back close to the condo after a full day on the mountain (not ski-in directly).

While the unit is on the ground level, please note that stairs are required to access the entrance.

Guests have access to:
Free parking, shared laundry room in common area of the condo. In Summer only: Tennis court and outdoor pool, Outdoor BBQ, picnic table and kids play area. Ski Home Trail is subject to the snow conditions and you can check if the trail is open by using the Killington Resort App and looking for the Whiffletree Ski Home Trail. The shuttle runs on weekends and holidays in the winter only. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day and is open from 8am to 8pm.

We are local if you need us!
Quiet hours at 10pm- 8am.
Minut smart home technology measures volumes to help us respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and required on this property.

We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic.
