Lannonce disait que la cuisine était équipée mais il n’y avait pas assez de couverts ni de bols-tasses-verres pour 4 personnes ni d'ustensiles de cuisine ( juste 1 poele et une casserole). Le lavabo de la sdb etait casse et malgre nis relances, nous navons pas vu la personne qui était censee le reparer.Nous avons du quitter le logement apres 3 jours car un grave problème familial nous a obligé a rentrer plus tot que prevu. L'hôte na pas daigne répondre a nis messages pour lavertir.

The apartment is falling apart, broken shower head, water in shower was hot and cold all the time, the washing sink had cracked and water was leaking on the ground. All appliances in kitchen was damaged, broken sandwich maker, electric kettle didn’t work, we had to boil water in pot in order to make tea. Dirty towels, one of the bed was broken. Tv didn’t work. People were smoking in the building that you could smell it, huge pile of plastic bottles and broken chair on staircase. Busy location close to clubs and hospital that you could hear drunk people and ambulance sirens all night. Nothing was positive about this place except close distance to metro and public transportation.

The current condition of the accommodation is not fit for occupancy and requires urgent remediation. Issues observed • Bathroom: broken wash basin that is stuck back, rendering it dangerous and unusable. • Pest infestation: ant presence throughout the apartment. • Utilities: unreliable hot water supply (hot water cycles on and off). • Hygiene: washing machine is extremely dirty. • Bedding: bedsheets are stained and have holes. • Supplies: no hand soap or washing detergent; only two toilet rolls for four people for eight. • No dishwashing liquid and dirty used sponge. Impact • Safety concerns due to broken plumbing and pests. • Inconvenience and discomfort (unusable bathroom, dirty appliances, poor hygiene). Additional costs and disruption due to missing basic supplies
