Fees Upon Arrival


• First Night Deposit (Cost of one night's stay): Charged at booking; non-refundable if canceled or modified within 7 days of arrival.
• Credit Card Policy: A credit/debit card is required at check-in for the full stay plus $25 per day for incidentals. Unused authorizations are released at check-out.
• Resort Service Fee: Lodge Rooms - $15/night, Cottages - $20–$30/night (based on size)
• Includes park admission, parking, steam and sauna rooms, high-speed internet, hiking/biking trails, fishing equipment, fitness center, and heated pool access.

• Park Enhancement Fee: $2 per night plus tax, supporting the Stonewall State Park Foundation.
