We were in town for a Tech game with 2 other alumni couples. The house was well kept, had plenty of room and reminded us of when we used to live in Tech Terrace as students back in the day. Karen and John were extremely responsive and accommodating through out our stay. Highly recommend this property and hosts.

We've stayed at several houses in Lubbock and this one is by far our favorite. It's so cute and well equipped. To top it off, it's dog friendly and the owners are amazing! I highly recommend this home.

House was so comforting and relaxing. This was my first B&B experience and most definitely will use this option again over hotels. The beck yard was one of my favorites and if I had more time, I would most definitely have used the backyard amenities.

Love the Farmhouse! So charming, such a great location. We are always happy when we can stay here. Great communication with owners. Decor is beautiful, beds are cozy, bathrooms spacious and well stocked, kitchen awesome, backyard perfect. Walking distance to coffee, grocery; easy drive to anywhere, quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful, great location

The Farmhouse is a beautiful, comfortable stay in a perfect location. So many charming details in the decor, sturdy and comfortable furniture, beautiful backyard with lots of spaces to hang out or enjoy a meal. Hosts were wonderful, welcoming, great communication. Absolutely loved our stay.

Fantastic Lubbock home

This home was very welcoming and accommodating. It felt like a home away from home and the owners thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out, great backyard and convenient to Texas Tech. The owners checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there on all future trips to Lubbock!

Very Nice Tech Terrace

We stayed as a family of 5 for a wedding in Lubbock. The property was well kept and the home was great! It is close to Texas Tech and it was easy to get to both University Avenue and Indiana Avenue. We would stay here again!

Overall dirty, the second bathroom shower and floor was dirty, shower curtain was disgusting at bottom. Towels were stained and not fresh. Master bedroom bed sunk in on one side, twin beds extremely hard. Location was excellent, backyard fire pit perfect.Kitchen supplied and working.So some things need attention and the place would be nice. Host was super flexible and responsive.

On the Texas Tech bus route! Bus stops on Boston just south of our street (31st). Within walking distance to J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, and the corner grocery! The neighborhood has two parks, Tech Terrace Park & Wagner Park, to enjoy walking or jogging!
