Premises 🏡 :
Guests can have access to the entire property minus the garage in the back. The garage is off limits to the guests as it is used for storage for the homeowner.
Parking 🅿️ :
Guests may park on the street for free with no restrictions from the municipality
Our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected after each reservation to ensure a smooth check in and a clean reservation for our guests.
With that said, maintenance is not irregular as no home is perfect. Should issues arise during your reservation, our team is staffed with knowledgeable and trusted professionals that will be able to handle any maintenance on the home promptly so you can get back to enjoying our home 👷🛠️
🏠 House Rules
1. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $400 cleaning fee.
2. No Parties or Events
Unauthorized parties or disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Discovery of such activities may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
3. Guest Limitations
The number of occupants must not exceed the number specified in the reservation. Additional guests will incur extra charges.
4. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
5. Electronic Devices
Do not unplug any electronic devices, including TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku devices, etc., to ensure uninterrupted service.
6. Mail and Packages
Receiving mail at this address is not permitted. However, package deliveries are allowed.
7. Furniture and Decor
Please refrain from rearranging or moving furniture, appliances, or decorative items to prevent damage.
8. Utility Cap for Extended Stays
For reservations of 30 nights or more, a monthly utility cap of $300 applies, covering electricity, gas, and water. Any usage exceeding this amount will be billed to the guest.
9. Pets
Pets are allowed at the property. Pet fees do not cover the cost to remediate pet urine, feces, or property damage. If you have a pet and are afraid they may cause damages and would like to avoid paying any penalties, please leave your pet at home. Each case of damage will vary based on the severity of the damage.
