Helpful and responsive

Family Trip

We were about 30 family members for a family vacation. There was sufficient place to sleep. I recommended more trash cans and toiletries for this big of a group and this many days as we stayed for 11 nights. It was easy to contact property manager and Miguel was very helpful.

Great Experience

This house was just as listed! So much space and so clean as well as fully stocked with toilet paper, trash bags, towels, etc. It was a super easy and helpful process to book with the host. Definetly will book again!

Falling short for large group

The property actually has two other rentals on the property that are not disclosed in the listing. This will affect your parking situation, in our case it got our vehicle trapped in the garage for over 12 hours. Home sleeps 29, but only has a dining table that seats 6 and there is plenty of room for more seating. On the same note, the couch holds about 6 people and has room for a HUGE sectional that makes more sense when you have a large group. We booked for 21 guests (teen girls soccer team) and only 12 towels were on the premises. Although the home has a/c, fans or white noise machines would have been nice when you have so many people sleeping in each room. They need to hit up a furniture store and properly furnish the home for the amount of people it sleeps, put in a few more creature comforts, have backup (or even proper amount) of towels, disclose the other rentals and parking situation. Beds were comfortable and house was clean, definitely has the room for large groups.
