We chose this neighborhood because of its close proximity to Geisinger Hospital, with the goal of providing convenient, comfortable housing for medical students, doctors, and healthcare professionals. We understand how demanding a career in medicine can be, and our aim is to offer a nearby, well-maintained space that supports their demanding schedules and provides a sense of ease and comfort after long shifts.
At the same time, our properties are also ideal for non-medical residents who value peaceful, well-connected communities. The neighborhood offers a quiet and safe environment, while still being close to essential amenities — making it a great place to call home for anyone seeking a balanced lifestyle.
