From our prime location, you can take a leisurely stroll to the picturesque waterfront, visit the historic Citadel Hill, or attend events at the Halifax Convention Centre. No matter what your plans are, our suite puts you in the middle of the action.
We prioritize our guests` comfort and satisfaction. We are available to accommodate any special requests or needs to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We also take pride in using only the finest quality products for our guests. Personal care items are provided by The Unscented Company.
In addition to our high standards for comfort and cleanliness, we also offer convenient extra services upon request. Need some groceries upon arrival? We can have them ready for you. Travelling with a baby or young children? We have a playpen, highchair, and baby bath available for your use. Have any other special requests? Just ask and we will do our best to accommodate.

Please clean your dishes and empty the fridge before checkout.
Please do not leave lights on when leaving the unit during your stay and when checking out.
No Pets are permitted on the property. Pets will lead to a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.
This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed.
Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice.
There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping.
Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage.
Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, using the property for prostitution services, causing damage to the property and/or disturbing other residents will be charged a $500 fine, plus any applicable cleaning fees and/or costs to repair or replace any damaged property or of any cancelled bookings.
