With a bedroom with a queen bed, a small bedroom with a triple bunk bed and a cozy loft featuring a queen bed, this welcoming property provides a comfortable space for relaxation. Hiking, tubing, fishing, gem mining, fresh produce market and wonderful restaurants in Franklin nearby make it easy for you to have a fun & memorable trip. There is an outdoor ring camera on top of the gazebo.

My son and I enjoyed the very modern tiny home. We mostly traveled during our visit but took advantage of enjoying our evening meals on the front porch. The home was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Since I had to work a half day while we were there, having wifi was one our musts and it worked flawlessly.

My husband and I have VRBOed several tiny homes and this beautiful A-frame was one of our favorites! Plenty of room...and very clean! And that view! Wow!! Despite the rainy weekend, we truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

My wife and I had a blast. Greatly enjoyed the rental, the freedom and the privacy. We didnt have anyone renting the other 2 properties so we had a whole slice of heaven to ourselves. The updated appliances really help utilize the small space provided. We would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the A-frame tiny house. The house was neat and clean and very comfortable. The view of the front porch of the mountains was absolutely incredible and has a very quiet and peaceful setting. Located very close Bryson City and Cherokee and other small towns in the area with lots of nice shops and restaurants. The host was fantastic and very helpful on anything we needed. We will definitely be back for another visit and will recommend this place to our friends.

We enjoyed our stay SO MUCH! On a hill, off the beaten path, overlooking the mountains. Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and only 2 other homes that share the cul-de-sac. A spacious outdoor area to enjoy sitting, kids playing, etc. I did find a couple of dishes that had not been cleaned but put back into the cabinet from a previous guest, and the bathroom needed just a little bit of attention. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Far enough away to action enjoy the mountains without all of the commercialization, close enough to enjoy the sweet little towns surrounding us. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

What a GEM.. Highly recommend this place and I will absolutely be returning in the future. The host was responsive and helpful with tips of the area. Very clean space and fit our 5 perfectly. Can't wait to return again soon

This house is perfect in every way! We couldn't believe how well everything a guest would need was included since it's a tiny house (toaster oven, toaster, nice sized fridge and freezer, cutting board, dishes, towels, first aid kit, and the list goes on). Even with all those amenities, the space felt clean and spacious, not cluttered. All areas had been perfectly cleaned. Our kids loved the field to run and play ball, and we got to sit on the porch and watch them with a stunning view. The host sent all the information we would need right after we booked and was very thorough. The location was great too; we were able to get to Franklin in 10 minutes and Bryson City in 30. We would for sure book again!
