The Erie Floatel offers a unique overnight experience immersed among downtown's shops, bars and eateries. Thoughtfully designed, this floating bungalow sleeps two on a full-size bed. A kitchenette, full bath, and TV/wifi are on board, with private covered deck outside.

Perfect for a home base to get out and explore the town and region. Great location: easy walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Medina. And a lot of fun being on the water!

Great host. Great location. Great stay. Very relaxing and a peaceful rest. Loved enjoying my morning coffee and evening cocktail on the deck with a breeze and the sound of the waterfall. Looking forward to returning.

This was an excellent stay! I was looking for something that was cheaper than hotel listings in Medina. I stumbled upon this gem. If you are looking to be near the water you can’t get closer than this! It’s near downtown and the trail. There is a double bed so this is best for a single person or a couple that likes to snuggle. Not gonna lie, the bathroom is small but, it’s clean and it works. This is a great fit for folks who want a super experience on (like really on) the Canal. Bring your fishing rod!

Such a fun and unique place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and we had a great night’s sleep. The owner responds quickly to questions I had before our arrival. Beautiful views out the window! Would definitely recommend and Medina is a lovely canal town to explore.
