Other Things to Note:

For guest safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance. This is an older home with original tile bathrooms and no central A/C—portable A/C units are provided. There is no washer or dryer on-site. The property is located in a quiet, gated residential community in Brentwood. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and adhere to quiet hours. Check-in after 10 PM is not permitted.



Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour.



We kindly ask all guests to complete a short check-in form before arrival. Once submitted, we’ll send over your check-in instructions. The form will request each guest’s contact info, and a valid ID with a quick selfie. This simple step helps ensure that only registered guests are staying at the property.
