気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Did not stay at property. Difficult to find in darkness as the photos of property were from rear of property, not anything recognizable to identify from street. Area is dark and hard to identify. Code was sent, but I had trouble finding it again being a new Vrbo user. I believe if you decide to run a Vrbo, then it’s your responsibility to be available for issues-either personally or by hiring some type of manager. If it’s late/sleeping hours, those should be covered as well. An alert that will wake the responsible part if necessary. Since codes are sent short notice, many times there are activities and other issues that come up that prevent addressing issues during normal business hours. Someone should always be available.
