Rv oasis with all the simple yet complete emmenities. 1 mile away from Lake Lowell, shopping and restaurants, 300 yards from greenbelt.
Come enjoy the simple comfort in Nampa Idaho.
The space
everything you need at your fingertips. This property is a 2 unit (Rv camper and a tinyhome, VRBO next to a duplex)with its own private fence enclosure. it is very budget friendly and has the normal camp trailer amenities and quarks. So please set your expectations accordingly, If you have never slept in a camper, know that it is not the same as a stick built home. We also have added finished wooden floor reinforcements in the main traffic areas for better support.
Guest access
There are several spaces you can use including: private patio beside the RV, fully fenced yard. laundry, shared with tiny home ( shed in back)
You will not have access beyond any of the fences or inside the house.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. No pets allowed. Just relax and enjoy your own private retreat!
Other things to note
There is an addtional listing (tiny home) in the rear you may have guests walking by.
