Nice place

The room was smaller than expected but it was still a nice place. However there was a problem with the TV and Internet connection not working during the entire time we stayed there, which wasn't too much of an inconvenience since we stayed there for two days.

The size of the property is always indicated at the details and pictures so the guest should know that before hand. Internet connection is okay except that the guests are not techy so they don’t know how to maneuver the internet TV connection.

Perfect Place To Stay In Manila

Everything about our stay has been perfect. Quentin was helpful and responsive in our initial discussions. He and his housekeeper were exceptionally courteous when we asked to check in early. The apartment is in an ideal location. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I will be travelling to Manila on business in the future and this will absolutely be the place I will stay. Thank you Quentin.

My condo size is transparent of its size indicated in the listing as 26.1 sqm. Please check the pictures and listing details before you book next time. Also be transparent when you destroy something, my housekeeper said you broke the grab bar and just put in the side without notifying us. I won’t back charge you but be honest in your next stay with other host next time. Thank you for staying on my cute shoebox as you said.

Very convenient

Everything was fine. The air conditioner worked well as did the hot water heater. The apartment is small but it is sufficient. The stove top only has 2 heating elements and they are so close to each other that it's practically impossible to use both at the same time, but I was still able to cook a delicious meal. The greatest convenience is the proximity to so many shops and restaurants, all within walking distance.

The use of swimming pool is not FREE, the building admin is charging you a minimal fee of php150/day ($3) if you use it. No fee is collected by the property admin if you don’t use it. The pool is well maintain, there is always a lifeguard and water heater to maintain the warm water. All guests of the condominium pays to use the pool. Only the condo owners are free to use. Your payment doesn’t go to us (owner) but to the property admin for the maintenance of the big resort swimming pool. I suggest next time you book a place ask first about the amenities and house rules. Be honest, indicate the real number of guests. Almost at the day you checkin, you just ask if 2 more additional guests can stay. That is against house rules but I didn’t want to cancel your booking instead been considerate because you might not have place to stay

So the location and property itself is really convenient. The SM mall is within walking distance and theres a convenience store just at ground level. The room itself was well stocked with modern amenities and wifi. However theres roaches, small ones but enough for my wife to find them in our clothing and such. When i brought up my concerns to the point of contact for the property he made a few valid points regarding the roaches, he clearly puts alot of effort into mainting a high level of cleanliness in the room, but he cant control the other tenants that occupy the building and for that ill give him credit, on his end the room itself is fine.

Has roaches

The unit has roaches. Also the checkout process is not defined or given in advance being that the unit is a traditional lock and key door so I had to ask since I was leaving at 4 in the morning how do you want me to leave the unit and where to put the keys, should I leave it unlocked and the keys in the unit or lock it but who do I give the keys to. I was told to lock the unit and place the keys in the unit mailbox on the first floor. This should have been explained at the beginning or instructions in the ad. Also, instructions for the showers hot water. Cold means hot and hot means cold instead of hot meaning hot and cold being cold.

The Worst

This has to be one of the worst experiences ever. My wife got off a 20 hour flight when she arrives at this condo that claims they were expecting us, needless to say after some haggling with the reception because they didn’t have our info as we were told they finally allow her in. When she enters the condo she was greeted by roaches disbursing after she turns the light on. She tries her best to get situated under the conditions. She finds pubic hairs on the bed that looked like it was not washed or clean. I contacted the host just to get the run around about having their cleaner coming to clean up. How do you clean up roaches? Long story short I moved my wife to the Sheraton Hotel after she managed to take a nap sitting upright on a chair. I reached out to Vrbo who to this day has refused to refund my money. I have chosen to reach out to my credit card company to dispute this matter, and have also reached out to Consumer Bureau Department and report this company who has acted in bad faith. Do Not! Trust this company. To bad I can’t give anything less than one star.

Ease in renting. Good Communication with owner. Pad was just small and infested with Small cockroach. Had to kill several of them. Faucet was leaking. Told owner to fix those 2 things esp. the roach infestation. Overall, place was ok.

Your concerns were addressed right away, faucet was replaced and pest control contractor was hired to do disinfection and insect/roach control. Thank you and have a safe travel.

Awesome condotel

The place is close to mall of asia, baclaran. Plentiful of restaurants and shops. It's actually a five minute walk. It has a washing machine, Netflix and wifi. If you want to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, even spices and coffee. When you go down, there's an alfamart that's open 24/7, and it sells everything from dim sum to steamed buns, cooked hot foods, even peanuts, soda, etc. It's a mini grocery that doubles as an eatery where I can buy menudo, fried vegetable lumpia, beef brisket, even Christmas pork (lechon paskew). They sell beer, toothpaste, u name it, they have it. The best thing is they have guards stationed in the lobby, and receptionists as well, 24/7. The lobby is spacious and freezing, so nice and refreshing. Did I mention there is a pool and a gym? When you go out, there are taxis lined up. I've kept the email and the number of the contact person on my phone. I blogged live on this property and got a lot of positive feedback.

Shell Residences 13437B, near MOA

Excellent place to stay for vacation or work. Walking distance to the biggest Mall in Asia. Short ride to 4 airport terminals, easy & accessible public transportation. This unit is clean, & complete with daily necessities. The building comes with gym, swimming pool & the lobby is spacious with lots of sitting area.
