Perfect for monthly or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments include modern finishes like granite countertops, wood-style flooring, ceiling fans, individual climate control, and private patios or balconies, and some units even include an entry mud closet, workspace/private office, dry bar, large private yards, and elevators in select buildings.
After booking:
To comply with community requirements and help provide a safe experience for all guests, you'll receive a secure email to complete identity verification, online check-in, and any required documentation. The process typically takes just a few minutes.

The primary guest must provide a valid SSN and complete a soft credit check (minimum score of 550).

Please note: There is ongoing construction at the property. We kindly ask all guests to use caution when entering and exiting the premises. Exciting additions are on the way—including a pool and dog park, expected to be completed by September.

All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
