This renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an open layout with a bright living area, custom beechwood fireplace mantel, and a beautifully designed kitchen with Fisher & Paykel appliances, quartz countertops, and a custom kitchen island. The main level includes two queen bedrooms and a vibrant full bathroom, while the finished lower level offers a spacious recreational room, second bathroom, and a guest bedroom.



Step outside to over an acre of private, landscaped grounds with a 20x40 heated saltwater pool, expansive deck perfect for dining al fresco, a lush lawn, cozy fire pit, and a large shed for beach gear or bikes. Tucked among the trees yet close to the shoreline, this peaceful retreat offers a seamless connection to nature and coastal charm.

Cited by many as “America’s Most Beautiful Village,” East Hampton is the quintessential upscale seaside resort. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.







Home Truths:



For safety, children are welcome to enjoy the pool, but only with constant adult supervision.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
