Marriott ’s Timber Lodge is a luxury fractional ownership resort, managed like a hotel. All studios and villas share the same high-end finishes, layout, and features. While room locations and views vary, we can submit location preferences to Marriott on your behalf. However, specific units or views cannot be guaranteed.
