This home is designed with comfort and simplicity in mind. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or step outside and explore the surrounding trails. Whether you're seeking peaceful solitude, outdoor adventure, or quality family time, this cabin offers it all.

**PLEASE READ**

•Must be 21 years of age to rent this home.

•Absolutely NO large gatherings or parties allowed.  

•Absolutely NO open fires are allowed. The risk of wildfire in the area is too high.  If we see evidence of any fire there will be a $250.00 fine.  

•Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

•No shoes in the house.  There are a lot of wild things out there, and we wish for them to stay out there. Please drop your shoes by the door. 

•Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect our neighbors.

•We ask all guests to treat the house and neighborhood with respect at all times.

•Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment for everyone.

•The roads may require AWD or 4WD November through April (however it can snow in October and in May!). The roads are plowed after 6 inches of snow. You do not need a 4WD or AWD in the summer but be aware that a portion of road to the house is dirt as is the driveway!

•There is no air conditioning unit here. It is very rare in our county to have one installed in a house (even brand new builds!). The nights are cool in the summer so to cool the house off you can open all the windows and doors at night, then close them during the day and you stay cool! There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the living room to help circulate the cool air through the cabin.

•We are at 9,200 feet in elevation — altitude sickness can occur but you can do things to prevent it and alleviate symptoms including, taking a day to rest when you arrive, drink extra water and stay well hydrated (avoiding alcohol will help).

•Do not leave food outside unattended. Our local wildlife does include deer and the occasional bear, mountain lion, bobcat, and fox.

•The basement level of the home is occupied by a permanent renter, who has separate access. Please do not try to access the basement level.

•Please only park in front of the right garage stall or off to the right side of the driveway as the left side garage and driveway is designated for the tenant.

•If you are staying with pets you are responsible for cleaning up after them. They must be on a leash at all times when outside of the house. There is no fenced in area for them.
