Amazing house! Super clean and great location. Close to so many stores and restaurants and only 20 minutes to skiing. We are a family of 8 and had more than enough room for everyone. Our kids loved the basement movie theater and game room. The host truly went above and beyond. Set up Christmas decor and a tree. Made our holidays extra magical. Really can’t recommend enough. Definitely planning on coming back!

We loved our stay at this great house. The furniture is nicer than most vacation rentals, the neighborhood is very quiet and so convenient to all shopping and the nicest grocery store I’ve ever shopped in (Smith’s). Lots of toys in the house and we made a lot of use of the hot tub. The owner was friendly and great to deal with.

Great Place to Stay in Heber

Reunion with family

This home worked out great for our party of 7. There is plenty to do in the game room, outside living room and even relaxing in the living room. The beds were comfy cozy and the house is pleasantly decorated with a rustic look. The jaccuzi was a big plus for us, even though we only used it once.

Must stay! Best place we have ever rented!

Well decorated and everything we needed! There was plenty of everything, the kitchen had a lot of things that made our stay perfect. The beds were so comfortable.Jonathan even got us a Christmas tree for our stay! What an amazing touch! It made Christmas morning perfect!

Great place to stay!

This was a great place for a family weekend getaway. The owner was very generous with their offerings and very responsive to our questions. The amenities were great and gave us plenty to keep ourselves busy. The offerings were better than expected. The location is far enough away from the main drag that it’s quiet but close enough that it’s not a pain to get to. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Relaxing and fun

We enjoyed outdoor movies in the hot tub, fun games in the basement, theater room and relaxing together.Lots of room to spread out, nice bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Also nice to be able to park a car in the garage on snowy nights.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time staying at this property. It’s conveniently located for all kinds of activities. We enjoyed skiing, snowmobiling and exploring the surrounding area. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the wonderful things. Utah has to offer. The house is clean comfortable with a lot of amenities. The host Johnathon was great to work with.

Excellent Stay in a Great Home

Our family had an excellent week stay at this house. It is extremely well furnished with probably everything you could possible need and a lot of stuff that you hadn't even considered. My grandkids loved the basement game room plus the surprise closet full of toys (and to my chagrin, lol, nerf guns), the trampoline, and the snowcone machine. The downstairs theater was great and the outside hot tub and movie screen a lot of fun. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds very comfortable, and there were plenty of linens. The owner was great to work with, very accommodating, and made sure we had a great stay. Although we spent a lot of our time enjoying Heber's attractions you could spend a lot of time just enjoying the home's amenities. There is no hesitation in highly recommending this place.

Family getaway

We had a small family getaway with my parents (72+) and our kids (16-4yr). Everyone was very happy with the home and loved the accommodations. Our 4yr old loves the toy room and my older girls loved the TV room. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Communication with the power was great.

Perfect family ski retreat

My parents, siblings, and 16 month son all absolutely loved our stay! It really was perfect for our family getaway with plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone, well-equipped kitchen for cooking and having all of our dinners at home together, a loaded gameroom and movie room, a hot tub that the hosts clean and refill between stays, and even a quiet office space with dual monitors for sneaking in a bit of work. Heber City also featured a lot of local amenities and the neighborhood itself was peaceful, friendly, and safe. Those of us skiing drove into Park City each day, which was just 30 minutes away.

Great Home Base

We came into town for a tournament, and decided to extend our stay for a mini vacation. We picked this home for the amenities. It was FANTASTIC! We didn’t want to go home! The beds were very comfortable. After some days, which were filled with sports, the hot tub was the perfect finish!

Fantastic house in beautiful and convenient location!

Spacious, unique, 6BR house with awesome amenities for kids (played endlessly with fully stocked game room, basement, movie room, outdoor trampoline, and hot tub). Very convenient location for skiing if you like to retreat away from the crazy tourist crowds at the base of the ski resorts. Only a 20 minute drive and there were plenty of restaurants in Heber City so we didn’t feel like we had to drive back into Park City every night. Host promptly responded to any minor little issue. Super close to the Soldier Hollow Nordic center which has snow tubing. Our group loved the house, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and overall location.

Awesome house in Heber

We visit Utah every year. This was our 11th year and we decided to stay at Jonathan’s house. It was beautiful. We used the hot tub, all the toys in the game room and best of all, the karaoke machine! We had SUCH a great time. The dogs were making themselves at home and they also enjoyed their stay. Thank u Jonathan, we had a blast!

Ski Trip House

Our group of adults spent 4 nights here and had a fantastic time. The check-in and check-out process was very simplistic which was great. Jonathan reached out as necessary to provide instructions and all were easy to follow. The house was just as pictured, very clean, and comfortable. We cooked all our own meals in the kitchen, which was well stocked with cookware and odds and ends. The hot tub was hot, clean, and very enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the basement theater room and ping pong table. The drive to PCMR each day for skiiing was a breeze. We had a great trip and glad we picked this house and location for a memorable experience.

Magnificent!

This home reflects pride and respect throughout every square foot of the house. I wish that I have the talent to decorate and remodel in such a way that these owners have. The home is well equipped, clean and welcoming in every way. I honestly thought that I was at the Ritz Carlton. I highly recommend this home.

Grandkids vacation

I brought my 4 grandsons here to go snowboarding/skiing. The house is perfect. There was myself and my 4 grandsons, my son was able to join us for a couple of days and everyone had their own room. The bedrooms are spacious, movie room has plenty of seating for everyone. The guys loved the outside firpit and hot tub, The game was great for everyone. The youngest was 11, but I saw they have many toys for younger kids. My youngest loved the outdoor trampoline. The owner met us at the house and was very nice and said to call if we needed anything. The location is great very close to anything you may need and very secure. I would definitely recommend staying here. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!!

Great house, great location

My family of five loved this spacious house and had so much room to spread out. The kitchen and bedrooms were fabulous and decorated so nicely (especially loved the soft fur rugs). Family favorites were the game room and movie room. We spent cozy evenings sitting in the hot tub, playing ping pong and watching Christmas movies in the movie room. The location was so convenient for all of our fun winter activities in Heber City, Midway and Park City. We were able to snow tube, ice skate, swim in geothermal crater, snowmobile and enjoy a horse drawn wagon ride all within 10-20 minutes of the house. Also nice having garage for rental car and mud room. The host was great and gave us good recommendations for eating and shopping. Would absolutely love to stay here again if ever in the area. Certainly one of the top two VRBO rentals we have used!!

Underrated

As another reviewer mentioned, the photos do not do this property justice. The home is beautiful and completely functional. The location is within 5 minutes of everything you could need (fast food, restaurants, hospital, fuel, shopping, etc). It's about 20-30 minutes from Park City. There are some very cool attractions nearby like swimming in a crater only 15 minutes away. The owner was very responsive, laid back and accommodating. Things could not have gone smoother. Rent this property with confidence.

Great location and comfortable hone

We greatly enjoyed our stay here for the several weeks we needed a temporary home while waiting for our new home to be completed for us. This was exactly what we needed for our stay with comfortable accommodations. The host was extremely helpful and friendly staying in communication as needed and helpful with any questions we had. The location is central to the Heber Valley with grocery stores, restaurants, and all nearby. Of course easy access to Park City and only a 30 minute drive to Provo and Orem and less than an hour to Salt Lake City. There is a Traeger pellet grill that we accessed for several nice barbecues and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The 2car garage was convenient and definitely would be a great help in the winter especially. The neighbor hood is very peaceful and the neighbors were friendly as well. We highly recommend this home and our cat enjoyed her stay as well. Very family friendly and would be great for families with all the nice bedrooms.
