1 private bedroom, full bath with tub, family room and kitchen table, with fully stocked kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, two burner electric cooktop, microwave and pull out sofa sleeper and air bed, and even a small office set up.

Just minutes from AF Football Games and events at Ford Amphitheater. 20 minutes to Castle Rock, 30 minutes to Denver, 5 minutes to Air Force Force Academy and Football Games, 5 minutes to Ford Amphitheater. Sleeps 2+ adults comfortably.

This picturesque room was as lovely as it seemed! Audra was an excellent host, attentive, flexible, generous and friendly. We had access to all the amenities we needed. The place was clean, tidy and decorated nicely. The area is beautiful as well. There's plenty of wildlife and you're surrounded by nature. It was a quiet and relaxing experience.

Private entrance, one flight of interior stairs to access the 2nd floor rental space. Space is 466 sq. ft. Owner lives on property at the Main House. Access instructions will be texted to the reservation contact 2 hours prior to 3 pm check-in.

This Guest House is situated alongside the main house. Very private on shared 5 acres in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are located above the garage (not included in the rental) but plenty of parking. Easy access of I25 and Hwy 83 in Beautiful North Colorado Springs.
