The Downtown Hideaway calls to those who love being surrounded by nature, while also having all the modern amenities. Come enjoy this newly remodeled manufactured home with a full length front and back porch with one of the best views in town! Even though this stay offers seclusion, you are just a short walk or drive into downtown Selma! There is so much to love, from the view of the Alabama River and Edmund Pettus bridge, to the private river bank, and space to host your family or friends!

With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths this is the perfect place for families, friends, and workers to unwind while they enjoy all Selma has to offer! The Downtown Hideaway also offers a living room with a huge U-shape couch for all to gather for movie nights on the 65” TV. Lastly, with a full kitchen, 8 person dinning table, and a 4 person game room table your group can enjoy meals and laughs together! Hope to host you soon!

Everything was absolutely amazing. The home was beautiful and the view was very relaxing. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and/or family oriented this is the place for you! The host was so easy to communicate with and hospitality was unmatched (10 stars).

Very cozy place, wonderful owners. The view from the back porch is amazing. The kitchen amenities were far superior to any other place I’ve stayed at in the area. Overall a wonderful place to spend your time.

he host was very helpful provided a tour guide service that was excellent, as we came to learn more about the history of Selma. Host also promptly responded to our needs and provided an antenna so that we could watch our favorite tv show, as we were not streaming savvy. Sitting on the deck over the Alabama river was so relaxing as we had our morning coffee and evening wind down. Would definitely reocmmend vrbo to my freinds.

Very clean house, the owner is very courteous and catering. I haven’t had a single problem with the owner or the house in any of my visits and I am appreciative of the fact I am able to stay there.

We have five kids that we love going on boat rides with, exploring the local creeks, walking to our favorite shops, and spending time with friends. We welcome you to a small and beautiful town!

There is not a single property like the Downtown Hideaway in all of Selma! It is the closest residential lot next to downtown Selma, yet it offers a secluded retreat. It also has one of the best views of the Edmund Pettus Bridge and the Alabama River. Lastly, the property has access to a private river bank to swim, fish, or park your boat! We want our guest to experience everything Selma has to offer, from our historic significance to our wonderful nature!

Enjoy 9 acres of beautiful property, a view of the Edmund Pettus Bridge and the Alabama River, a private riverbank, and a short walk/drive to our favorite coffee shop (Reflections)!
