Great location and well maintained suite

Best place for short term visit to the city. Walking distance from public transit, shopping stores as well as tourist places. Well maintained and stocked with consumables to travel light.

Great apartment

The owner replied promptly to questions. He provided great instructions for accessing the apartment and info on the place. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of dishes, etc. The central location is ideal for getting around easily.

Great location and well stocked!

I was in Toronto for a conference at the convention center. The condo was very close to the event and all the activities associated with it. The suite itself was very clean and well maintained. It was also stocked with everything you need to be comfortable from shampoo and conditioner in the shower to packets and coffee filters in the kitchen. I will definitely stay there again for next year's conference!

Perfect location for a Jays game!

Had a great couple of days at this condo. My husband, my daughter and myself came in for a Jays game. The view from the condo was great as we could see the CN tower which at night is awesome. Rogers center and the aquarium were right there also. Lots to do in the area and many choices for restaurants. Two Starbucks locations within a couple of minutes. The rooftop pool was great also. There were BBQs available for use and the cabanas were a nice touch. The condo itself is exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Owner was prompt in responding to my questions and everything was perfect.

Great condo with a view!

Had a great stay at this condo while in town for a Jays game. My husband, my daughter and myself enjoyed the great views, the pool and the overall cleanliness of the place. The owner was extremely responsive to our emails and very organized. Lots of restaurants in the area and two Starbucks just a couple of minutes away. Definitely recommend the place for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in the entertainment district.

The perfect city spot for 1-2 people looking for a central location. Across from Rogers Centre and a short walk to almost everything the city of Toronto has to offer.

This small condo is perfect for 1 to 2 people. Close to convention centre, Blue jays stadium, and about 7 minutes from the subway. Owner is punctual with replies and helpful. Will come again without hesitation.

Great Location, Some Issues

Great location, clean, modern, well decorated, good bed, nice linens, all appliances in working condition. We had two people total (any more than this would be too small, in my opinion). The location is very desirable. Some new procedures about check in and use of pool area apparently went into effect the day we checked in, creating confusion about key pick ups and overall inconvenience. Our host did his best to make up for this by allowing us to check out two hours later on Sunday (we were told previously that this was not at all possible nor would it be possible to hold our bags). So he tried to offer us something in return for our inconveniences, at least, which I thought was very nice. Be aware that although the rooftop pool deck looks awesome on the website, with the cabanas, sofas, tables by the pool, you may not be allowed to use it. We planned to spend some time our first night relaxing on the pool deck but were greeted by an unfriendly guard who grilled us about whether or not we were permanent residents. Since we were not, we were not permitted to use the sofas/cabanas (there were many empty) plus even if we were residents, we must have had to reserve in advance. Most of the poolside chairs were occupied so that was out. My biggest complaint is that we were only given ONE key. This was terribly inconvenient as my companion and I had different schedules during our stay. We couldn't enter the building or take the elevator without the key fob, so going to work out in their gym or taking a quick trip to the store or take a walk or run outside was impossible without being able to reach my companion and have him physically accompany me back to the elevator to get to our suite. That was very frustrating. Our host was far away and could not bring a second key. But he said he would offer one in the future. I'd be sure that you ask for one if you decide to rent here. Be aware that if you want to hold bags beyond check out, you are recommended to go to a neighboring hotel and pay for this service. I was told it was impossible to hold our bags past the 11 am check out but at the last minute, it became possible to do this. This was a nice surprise and I wonder what changed. There is a VERY detailed instruction manual in this house about the many do's and don'ts. I can tell this owner cares about the unit very much. Our host listened to our questions and did his best to respond immediately via text. For example, we wanted to have a glass of wine on the pool deck roof but he has no plastic or paper cups in the house. Naturally, no glass by a pool (makes sense). Our owner said he would probably get some in the future. Or bring your own paper cups if you like hanging out with a beautiful view on a roof with a beverage. The pool deck does look awesome with a nice view of the city.

Perfect Choice

We were very happy with our apartment. The location was great and the apartment was clean and modern. We liked the whirlpool and the outdoor pool and barbecue were very appealing. We are an older couple but would recommend for any age that wants to be walking distance to downtown & tourist attractions.

Great location near the Roger Center/ CN Tower

A beautiful condo, I recommended 100% as soon you walk-in you feel your at home. great location for blue jays, restaurants, CN tower, aquarium, union station, access to other public transportation and many other tourist attractions. Every details has been think for you to have an amazing stayed, by the way Thank you for the Welcome gift; delicious Italian cookies !! Scrumptious!!
