Due to the strong undertow in the Pacific Ocean, there is no ocean swimming allowed at Sunset Beach. If you would like to swim in the ocean you are welcome to take the complimentary hourly shuttle to/from sister resort Pueblo Bonito Rose which is in the middle of Medano Beach. Medano Beach is Cabo San Lucas’s main swimmable beach and has beachfront restaurants & bars along with numerous watersports and boat tours to the Cabo arch.
