Surrounded by tree-lined streets and classic homes, Old Town offers a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere just minutes on foot from local restaurants, boutique shops, parks, and live music—making it the perfect home base for experiencing the city.

With 870 square feet of thoughtfully styled space, this warm and inviting retreat is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or professionals. A built-in Murphy bed offers flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is one side of a duplex. You’ll have full private use of your space, including a private entrance and side porch. There are no shared interior areas. The front and rear yard are shared with the neighboring unit, though each side has its own entrances and outdoor seating.

We’ve stocked the home with everything you need for a relaxed stay: laundry supplies, toiletries, kitchen essentials, and even paper plates and utensils if you’d rather skip the dishes. Enjoy a fully stocked coffee and tea bar, plus a welcome tray with snacks and bottled water to help you settle in.

For our guests with electric vehicles, we offer a convenient on-site Level 2 EV charger, making it easy to keep your car powered up while you enjoy your stay.
