Truly a rare find! Western themed 5 bedrooms, (1 with King!) 2 full baths just 3 minute walk from gate 6 of the Iowa State Fair. Over 1600 Sq ft. Quiet, safe area.

Two living room areas with 5 Smart TVs & 130 channels. Large deck with outside dining set, gas grill and large, fenced in back yard. Room for 4 cars.

Kitchen fully equipped. Washer and dryer. Air purifier.

Family friendly, high chair & playpen for toddlers. Fenced yard.

You can´t go wrong with this one, especially for a larger group.

*Charming Western themed home of over 1600 square feet completely yours for total privacy. 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths, 2 living room areas, lightening fast 2G internet, 4 Smart TVs and with all the streaming services. 2 dining areas that accommodate a total of 10. Very comfy beds, one is a King and one is an adjustable. Central air & heat, 2 electric fireplaces/heaters. Large fenced in backyard. Sleeps 12 counting comfortable leather sofa.

Location, location, location! A 20 second drive or three-minute walk to gate 6 of the Iowa State Fair! 2 minutes from Sleepy Hollow Sports Park. 4 minutes from I-235, and 7 minutes from downtown Des Moines.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for cooking, including drip coffee maker, blender, juicer. & electric kettle. If we don´t have it, we´ll get it!

Deck for outside dining and gas grill. Playpen for the toddlers. Washer and dryer for your convenience.

Parking for three or four vehicles in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

As you can see, our place is priced below most others in its category. Truly a rare find.

We are clean freaks. Bathrooms and kitchen are sanitized. Air purifier for the hypoallergenic. If you find one hair or dirty spot, we want to know about it! And finally...

You will receive the best prompt, personal and caring attention from my wife and I. We are always trying to improve the property and we are ready to serve you!

A cute property that provided a wonderful stay! House was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. More than enough beds and bedrooms for our family. Plenty of hot water for all of us the next morning. Would love to stay again!

Wry spacious and comfortable home-easy to get to from the highway and close to local amenities. Was great for our dogs as well. The host was very attentive to our questions and we would definitely stay here again.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The property is just a 3 minute walk to the Iowa State Fairgrounds, backside entrance where the animal barns are. There is not much lodging around the Fairgrounds, only one hotel within a three mile radius, so my house is pretty unique as it can sleep up to 10 people. It is also just a 5 to 12 minute drive to downtown Des Moines, AdventureLand, or Prairie Meadows Casino.
