Great location and property

We visited as a family and had an amazing time, the location right on the beach was lovely and the property was very close to many other excellent beaches. We ate in most days but there are a number of wonderful restaurants very close by. We also played a lot of tennis on property and took many walks throughout the neighborhood. Overall an amazing experience and we will definitely be back!!

All checked out, thanks! What a wonderful little getaway; the home and kitchen was fully stocked, central location, AC, ocean view...nothing not to love. Booking process was seamless, and host is responsive. Recommend. :)

Enjoyable Stay

Our family had a wonderful time in Maui. We really enjoyed having breakfast outdoors while taking in the ocean view! The house was well-stocked, clean sheets and towels. The host was responsive to messages. We recommend this place, great location.

Puamana is Perfect

Puamana, and this residence, is the absolute best place to stay on the Western side of Maui. We loved every minute of our stay. The pools were great, the grounds perfectly maintained, and the proximity to the on-property beach was incredible. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful location and accommodation

We loved this unit. The location right on the water was spectacular. We watched the sunset every evening with whales viewable in the water. It was close to town and had everything we needed.

Lovely place

This is a pretty epic location. Sunsets are amazing every night. Steps away from the beach. For those that surf there is a surf break within walking distance. Great place for a family to stay!

Amazing!

This property was an ideal and very special place to spend our vacation. I could never get over being right on the ocean with beach access just a few steps from our back door! We loved waking up with a cup of coffee by the ocean and enjoying dinners on the patio with the sunset in the evening. This property accommodated all 6 of us adults just fine. Enjoy your stay!

We had an awesome 5 day vacation on Maui. This home was perfect. Comfortable, clean, convenient and quiet. Coffee on the lanai each morning was un paralleled. I thought I would miss not having a TV in the living room but who needs TV with a few like this.

A lovely Maui home

Given Maui is still recovering from the fires, this was a lovely home, right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants that are open. My only note is that the Quiet Pool in the community is closed for renovation, so the website needs to be updated. I did tell the owner’s marketing team. In addition, we were unable to use the oven be/c after preheating to the desired temp it wouldn’t open for us (although maybe that was user error?) I also told the owner so hopefully that will get looked at. We weren’t there long enough for it to matter so it was fine. Other than those two things, our stay was sublime and enjoyable.

Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect location and rental for our family group with lots of amenities close by--lawn for kids to plan on, beach surfing, and swimming out front, pool only a short walk away, and a good jumping off point for exploring Lahaina, nearby beaches, the north end off the island, and other sights. APVR staff members were pleasant, communicative, and responded quickly to questions, which made the rental process go smoothly.

Beautiful time in Maui

Relaxing visit to Maui. Two couples fit comfortably and we had plenty of space. The hall bathroom was used by one couple and the other had the master bath so it worked out well. My only complaint was the unit next door has an extremely bright and sensitive motion sensor and when we would go out at night to look at the stars, the darn light would pop on! Really enjoyed the property, the location and the views! Look forward to coming back every year!

Great with small children

The living room opens with wide glass doors to a large patio. The fans keep the patio cool. The hedge kept our 3 yr old safe from the ocean but you can still see the waves and surfers. Can walk to lava sand beach. Pools are popular for families. Beach/pool things in condo nice addition, inner tube on patio great for 6 month old starting to sit, toys for sand, beach chairs etc. Located near bigger shady beaches.

This place was exactly what I expected and my family loved it here. We’re very tired of misleading looking rental homes, but we were not disappointed. We loved having the lanai with a direct view and easy access to the ocean. The ac worked great even though we also loved turning off the air and opening the wide sliding doors. Would be more than happy to stay here again.
