The adjacent dining area keeps everyone connected whether you're hosting a family meal or playing board games after sunset. A half bath and laundry area round out the convenience on the main floor. Two primary suites (one on each level) offer privacy and space, while additional bedrooms provide flexible accommodations for kids and adults alike.

The San Juan beach access has community bathrooms.

C'est LaLa Vie has designated parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway (no garage access).

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking

~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. The neighborhood was great and very welcoming.

Great neighborhood, location and community amenities.

The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. However, it seems that it isn’t maintained very well. Door code didn’t work and took a minute to get that resolved. Dishwasher didn’t work, and although they provide some paper plates and plastic ware , we had 10 adults and cooked nightly. It was a real inconvenience to hand wash dishes all week. WiFi was terrible, however they did come and fix it but it is so slow. Kitchen hood over stove dripped water, ceiling vent in hall bathroom dripped water the entire time. Freezer was missing a shelf. Dresser pulls missing on Master Bedroom downstairs, so you had to leave them pulled out some so you could access the drawers. Toaster didn’t work. We toasted with the oven. Alarm system cords and control is located near the ground outlet where small children can reach and unplug. Faucet in upstairs bathroom right sink handle is loose. Light above stove is out and flickers Wasp nest above front door. Recommend an additional lock or deadbolt on back door. The door is never locked from the inside making it easy for small children to open. If these things were all addressed and fixed it’s a great property. It’s a lot of small things and when you pay this much to stay you expect things to work. We didn’t let it ruin our trip and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We just felt bad for the owners that so many things have been neglected. Now that off season is here, I’m sure it will all be fixed. I would stay again once repaired.
