This apartment occupies part of a 16th-century manor located in Portal Morelos, just 20 meters from the Zócalo and directly facing the Puebla Cathedral. Upon entering, you will find high ceilings with wooden beams and industrial details that recall its past as part of an ancient Puebla mill.
The space features two spacious bedrooms, a living room with two sofas, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a service patio, and one full bathroom. The layout preserves the original style of colonial manors: the rooms are connected in a line, so accessing the bathroom requires passing through the common areas or the other bedroom. For many guests, this is part of the charm of staying in a building with nearly 500 years of history; for others, it may be a point to consider depending on your travel group.
The internet connection is 80 Mbps, and the Smart TV includes access to Netflix and YouTube. It does not have a conventional television signal.
IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER FOR YOUR RESERVATION:
There are 27 steps from the central patio to the apartment. The building does not have an elevator.
Being right in Portal Morelos, the restaurant on the ground floor shares the building's central patio. This means that during the day and early evening, there may be music and the typical atmosphere of the liveliest area in Puebla. It is the small price for being right in the heart of the Historic Center! If you are very sensitive to noise, you can ask about other options we have to offer you.
During hot days, especially in spring and summer, the apartment can get warm. We do not have air conditioning, but we have provided household fans for your comfort.
We do not have parking. Upon confirming your reservation, we will share a detailed list of public parking lots and nearby long-term parking options with you.
