When 16 people arrive together, the question isn't whether they'll fit — it's whether everyone will have a good time. We designed this 3,200 sq ft home on 1.2 wooded acres to solve for exactly that: enough bedrooms that nobody bunks with someone they don't want to, enough entertainment that the 9-year-olds and the 69-year-olds are equally happy, and enough space that grandparents reading by the fireplace don't hear the bowling alley downstairs.

What a fantastic place for our family reunion! The spacious layout allowed everyone to have their own space, and the game room was a hit with the kids. We spent evenings around the fire pit sharing stories and laughter. This property is a gem!

This exciting luxury retreat is everything we hope for and more! The host’s fastidious attention to detail in the decor and amenities is quite impressive. We had a blast playing mega outdoor chess and outdoor bowling. This location is just minutes away from downtown Asheville.The colorful game room and multi-seat home theater were amazing. Laurence was an excellent host, making sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back and recommend it to our friends and family.

This house is FIVE STARS for sure. Absolutely excellent for entertaining a large group. It’s in a neighborhood but the houses are far apart. The house is beautifully decorated and has EVERY amenity we looked for, including things we weren’t expecting (coffee! paper towels! laundry detergent!) that aren’t usually included in a rental. Very high end. We had a lot of fun choosing where to hang out!We had a couple of issues prior to our stay (incorrect fees listed requiring a significant change in price; an unavailable feature we weren’t notified about until right before the trip). These were due to how new the listing is and should not affect future rentals. Definitely would recommend this house for celebrations, families with teens, and couples getaways.

I gave up my Business Development career in 2016 to focus full-time on short-term rentals. I have traveled to 50+ countries and stayed at some amazing places. I know what a difference great hospitality can make. I thus strive to create an experience at Standout Stays that will be memorable and unique. My aim is that you will come back and stay at our properties again each time you are back in the area.

This neighborhood was chosen for its perfect blend of convenience, natural beauty, and classic Asheville charm. Nestled just minutes from downtown, the Blue Ridge Deluxe Retreat gives guests easy access to vibrant restaurants, craft breweries, galleries, and live music, while still feeling peaceful and residential. The location is also ideal for outdoor lovers — quick drives put you on the Blue Ridge Parkway, Pisgah National Forest trails, and scenic overlooks for hiking, biking, and photography.

Safety, walkability, and a welcoming community were also important. The street, a cul-de-sac with little traffic, is great for a morning or evening walk. It provides convenient access to grocery stores, coffee shops, and essential services. I wanted a spot where you could enjoy a relaxed evening on the deck after a day of exploring, or start the morning with a short drive to popular attractions like the Biltmore Estate.

Finally, I love that this area showcases the best of Asheville: a creative, food-forward city framed by stunning mountain scenery. I hope my home gives you a comfortable, convenient base to experience everything Asheville has to offer.

This is a very unique home in many ways. Firstly, it can accommodate up to 16 guests in 6 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. It has a chef's kitchen with a fully equipped coffee/tea bar area. The custom square dining table can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The games room has a pool table, a poker table, a Ms. Pacman arcade machine, and several board games. There is a fully decked out movie theatre with a 100" screen and surround sound. Outside, amenities include a 12 person fire-pit, an 8-person hot tub, a 6-person sauna, a 2-lane bowling area, a table tennis set, a giant outdoor chess set, a pergola covering outdoor dining on the deck for 12 guests, a gas BBQ, and a tree lined view. If you have an electric vehicle, there is also an EV charger.
