Great little house overall. Super clean, a nice grill on the patio for cookouts, wifi was good, a few extra food stuffs like keluerig coffee, cookies, bottled water. We would stay here again.

My family had a wonderful stay, the house was very clean, in fact spotless. It had all the amenities you need for an extended stay, like bathroom toiletries and the kitchen was fully equipped. We were in town for our son's volleyball tournament and it was very comfortable. The A.C was nice and cold, the t.v's were nice to rest and relax later in the evening. Very convenient location, we had our own parking spot and the host was really great. If we had any questions, Raquel answered right away and was very accommodating and she made sure we had a comfortable stay and that she was available if we needed anything. We will definitely book again when in the area.

We completed our stay and the unit itself was clean, and the host was responsive when contacted. However, there were several important details that were not disclosed in the listing.There is a septic restriction where toilet paper cannot be flushed and must be disposed of in a trash bin. This was not mentioned anywhere in the listing, photos, or prior messaging. We only became aware of it after seeing a sign in the bathroom and confirming with the host. This would have affected our decision to book.The amenities list washer and dryer, but we were unable to locate or access any washer or dryer within our unit during our stay.The property is described as a “house,” but it is actually part of a multi-unit setup with another short-term rental attached, and there was someone living in an RV in the backyard during our stay. This was not clearly represented and impacted our expectations of privacy.

Nice, clean, comfortable place. Kitchen, dining room were good size and well equipped. Sitting room was very small, fine for one or two people a tight fit for any more than that. We had an enjoyable stay.
